Each VinMaps piece is beautifully and professionally framed with pride by our trusted framing partner.
Each gallery-worthy, framed map is curated for the transitional (traditional or modern décor) and includes:
- A clean and simple profile in a Matte and Gesso Painted Black
- Acid-free, archival matte quality print
- Acid-free, foam core backing
- Protective paperback finish
- Wall bumpers
- Hanging hardware
- Hanging and care instructions
- Carefully and professionally wrapped, packed, and shipped
- Orders are shipped within 7 business days of order being placed (please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed).
How are map prints packaged?
All of our printed maps are given the “royal treatment” and are carefully rolled and wrapped in high quality craft paper, with an elegant satin ribbon tied around, along with your packing slip. Each item is then placed in a durable shipping tube.
How many maps may ship in one package?
If you are ordering one map, it will ship in one tube.
If you are ordering two or more maps:
When ordering 2 maps, both maps will ship in one tube unless otherwise arranged, ahead of time.
We do this in order to save you further cost as shipping rates have increased significantly.
**If you would like each of the maps to be placed in a separate tube, additional shipping cost will be required. Please let us know if you would prefer this option ahead of time at email@example.com.
**In order to ensure that your maps arrive safely, a maximum of 2 maps may ship in one tube.
**If you are ordering 10 or more maps please contact us for assistance as we can also provide boxed shipping of tubed, packaged maps. We can figure out the best shipping experience for your particular order.
SHIPPING POLICY – United States and International Orders
Currently we ship printed items within the US and to destinations worldwide.
Once your order is processed we do our best to ensure you receive it in a timely manner.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail to all domestic, United States destinations.
We ship via USPS Priority International Mail for all International orders.
In most cases, your order is shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your order being processed (excludes weekends).
We offer expedited shipping via FedEx Corporation. Please keep in mind that USPS usually provides 2 to 3 day service for all continental US shipments.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
*International orders: Due to current global shipping conditions please allow a minimum of 14 to 21 business days (sometimes longer), for international orders to arrive.

SHIPPING POLICY - Framed and Canvas items
Currently we ship Framed and Canvas items within the United States only.
The cost of standard shipping is included in your purchase of all framed and stretched canvas (ready to hang) items.
Please allow 7 business days for framed items to ship, once your order has been placed, and 4 to 7 business days for items to arrive, once shipped, depending on where in the United States your item is being shipped to.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
SHIPPING POLICY - United States (domestic orders)
If you receive your order and decide that you would like to return it for any reason you may do so. You may choose to return and exchange the item(s) as well.
We do require that the order arrives back to us in good condition within 15 days of its arrival to you.
For returns: you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will issue you a full refund (original order and our ship-to cost included) within 48 hours of our office receiving the returned item(s). Refunds are issued to the card that was used to make the original purchase.
Due to the custom nature of the framed art we cannot accept returns. If an item does arrive damaged from the shipping process please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Framed items damaged during shipping:
Although it rarely occurs, sometimes items are damaged during the shipping process. If an item arrives to you damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at email@example.com. You must take pictures of the damages and email the pictures to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must hold onto the item for the shipping company to assess. Once the shipment has been properly assessed for damages and a claim is successfully issued and resolved by the shipper, we will have your replacement items shipped to you as soon as possible.
RETURN POLICY – International Orders (orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States)
Orders purchased for shipment to international destinations may not be returned. All international orders are final. If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours at email@example.com. You will need to submit photos of the damage of the packaging and items ordered. Once we have confirmed the damage(s) we will make arrangements to replace the item(s).
May I have my maps printed to different dimensions?
We’d like one of your maps to be printed to a smaller or larger size. Is this possible?
We can print any of our titles to smaller or larger sizes, on a case by case basis.
Keep in mind, going up or down in size is done on a percentage decrease or increase basis in order to ensure proper scale and proportion of the original piece.
If you would like a custom size, this will require a new map design and build from the ground up.

Once we have assessed the project we will give you a quote. Cost is project based.
- Customization can be used for business purposes or to make one of our beautiful maps into a personalized gift memento that a family member, friend, or colleague will cherish for years to come.
- We can customize one of our existing maps with your logo, special note, or family name.
- Customization can also mean creating a brand new map. Is there a special wine or spirits region you would like to focus on?
- Would you like your map to be a specific size? What would you like your map to include? Are you trying to achieve a specific look or would you like to introduce your own color palette, fonts, etc.? We will work with you to make your idea come to life.
Do you have a reseller program?
We have a VinMaps reseller program.
We can provide bulk orders for brick and mortar merchants or provide drop ship fulfillment (or both).
In order to become an authorized reseller you must provide us with relevant documentation of your business and you must express firm commitment and motivation to sell our product line.
